Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Oakwell Hampton. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building new features and improving existing systems using Laravel as the core framework.

You will collaborate with a close-knit team to develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel and related technologies. Additionally, you will lead front-end development with VueJS or React, depending on your preference and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and related technologies
  • Lead front-end development with VueJS or React
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean
  • Collaborate with a small, agile team on new product features and technical solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working with Laravel and its ecosystem
  • Proficiency in front-end development with VueJS or React
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with occasional travel to Manchester (every two weeks)

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 and a flexible remote working setup, with travel to Manchester required just once every two weeks. We also provide a Laracast subscription and various formal training and development opportunities.
