We utilize traditional skills combined with cutting-edge technology in our modern, well-equipped workshop, located in a picturesque village in Buckinghamshire. Our clientele is based in London and the surrounding counties.

We prioritize customer care and quality assurance to produce high-end furniture and joinery.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to operate our Automated Furniture Spraying Machine. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the Automated Furniture Spraying Machine
  • Set up the machine for priming and top coating, ensuring accurate color matching
  • Sand surfaces between primer and top coating in a timely manner
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Maintain the spray shop area, ensuring equipment is in good working order and the shop floor is tidy
  • Manage temperature and humidity levels in the dry room

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn processes quickly
  • Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driving license (preferred)
  • Proficiency in English language
