As a key member of our Wealth Management Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrators, managing workload and work queues, and prioritizing tasks to meet both external and internal deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of administrators to achieve agreed service levels with a customer-focused approach.
  • Provide proactive and innovative solutions to customers.
  • Manage delivery of operational services to SS&C clients in line with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Secondary point of escalation for client and internal teams.
  • May also lead a process or function with direct reports.

Requirements:

  • 5 years business experience, demonstrating an understanding of responsibilities within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Knowledge of client money and CMAR reporting.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulatory environment.
  • Good keyboard skills to include MS Office packages & systems used within the business.
  • Good Verbal reasoning and numeric skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Hubwise/Bluedoor/Recon/AWD/Autorek.
  • CASS 6 & 7 & CMAR regulatory requirements.
