Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support the individual needs of each young person.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create a warm and nurturing environment that promotes recovery and well-being.
- Deliver focused treatment to support children and young people as they progress through their care plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative care programs to continually improve services.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage and support.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Psychiatry or related field.
- Extensive experience in treating eating disorders in children and young people.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
