Job Title: Facilities Engineer

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Facilities Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining the high-quality standards of our site and assets, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. As a Facilities Engineer, you will be part of a team that places people at the heart of what they do, with a shared commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure the office buildings and equipment are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Manage small civil projects, including reviewing and approving Contractor Induction, Risk Assessment, and Method Statements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including knowledge of Health and Safety in building and engineering practice.
  • Identify problem areas to ensure an efficient and effective maintenance service.
  • Collaborate with the team to support on Capital projects and provide maintenance services.

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing building maintenance services, including health and safety.
  • Experience in an office building environment, managing contractors and working on small to large projects.
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems, current technology/systems, software applications, and the latest IT tools.
  • Good working knowledge of building services, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to plan and implement site projects, identify issues, and enact plans to resolve the situation quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an aptitude for analysis and detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Flexibility and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Leadership skills and a professional and pleasant manner.
