About the Role

As a multi-skilled Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various building systems, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Your proactive attitude and excellent time management skills will be essential in meeting the needs of our client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
  • Manage contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall facility operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in facilities management
Requirements
  • Valid driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Main trade qualification (e.g., electrician) and corporate office environment experience
  • Able to perform multi-trade skills and handle building services
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and building management systems
