Alfred and Associates is in search of a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee a premier Children's Care Facility in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The organization is committed to prioritizing the welfare of children in all aspects of its operations.

The primary objective of the facility is to provide a secure, nurturing, and therapeutic atmosphere for at-risk youth. We focus on addressing the primary and developmental needs of children and young people by fostering a compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a safe space where children and young individuals feel both emotionally and physically secure, promoting their self-esteem and personal growth.
