Job Description

About the Role

FPSG is seeking a highly skilled SAP Production Planning and Maintenance (PP-PM) developer to join our team. As a key member of our SAP implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering system services, enhancements, and projects in the area of Production, Plant Maintenance, and Quality Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide business analysis support to the business and deliver the appropriate development of systems and business processes to meet the requirements of the business.
  • Configure SAP systems using the PP, PM, and QM modules that align with proposed solutions defined and agreed with the business during business analysis.
  • Perform testing and develop test scenarios, including the automation of testing.
  • Monitor and rectify PP/PM/QM issues, ensuring ongoing system integrity and stability.
  • Develop options and recommendations for the business on how to utilize SAP and related applications to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Project manage the delivery of projects to time, quality, and cost targets.

Requirements

  • Business process experience in Production, Plant Maintenance, and Quality Management in the chemical industry.
  • SAP PP/PM Process modules qualifications preferred.
  • Three successful full life-cycle implementations of SAP PP essential.
  • Experience with ERP systems, including project experience from an IT perspective and documenting processes.
  • Technical configuration experience in SAP Production and Plant Maintenance essential; Quality Management preferred.
  • Strong networking and influencing skills.

Language Requirements

Fluency in written and spoken English required; Mandarin is useful but not essential.
