Job Title: Software & Data Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Software and Data Reporting Analyst to join our team at Edwards & Pearce - Doncaster. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analysis and implementation of our ERP system, as well as supporting our operations team with mobile engineer software and customer web portal maintenance.

The Role:
  • Train new employees on the ERP system and serve as the primary point of contact for any issues.
  • Provide analysis and implementation of the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Support the operations team with mobile engineer software, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Oversee the running of the customer web portal, ensuring its maintenance and upkeep.
  • Manage SAP's Information Design Tool, Business objectives, and Analytics Cloud throughout the company.
The Candidate:
  • Must have experience with SAP's Business Objects and Analytics Cloud.
  • Should possess strong administrative skills with databases and advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • SQL query experience or equivalent is highly desirable.
Salary:

Up to £40,000 dependent on experience.
