About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Oakdene Care Home. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, including personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication administration and record-keeping.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive and effective care environment.
Requirements
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a related role.
  • Passion for providing care and making a positive impact on residents' lives.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
What We Offer
