Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects for the Brandfit Group. The Site Manager will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities to ensure project completion according to outlined timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow and minimize delays.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment and prevent accidents.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise at the site, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel and stay away from home, with accommodation provided.
- Driving Licence (required).
- 75% willingness to travel (required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £45,000.00 per year
