Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects for the Brandfit Group. The Site Manager will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise all on-site activities to ensure project completion according to outlined timelines and objectives.
  2. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow and minimize delays.
  3. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment and prevent accidents.
  4. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly, taking corrective action as necessary.
  5. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise at the site, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in managing construction projects, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  4. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel and stay away from home, with accommodation provided.
  • Driving Licence (required).
  • 75% willingness to travel (required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £45,000.00 per year
