We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Delivery Manager to join our team at Integral UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our PFI/PPP contracts, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational delivery of PFI contracts, taking accountability for performance and financial results.
  • Ensure customer-focused service delivery and contractual compliance.
  • Develop and implement operational plans for PFI contracts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure positive relationships and effective communication.
  • Manage and develop staff, ensuring a positive employment culture and effective training strategies.
  • Monitor performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
