Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth management of the Front Office operation, including days and nights shifts
  • Maintain a culture where friendly and efficient service is delivered consistently
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed consistently
  • Provide a high standard of training to the team, conducting regular job chats and supporting them to deliver exceptional standards
  • Participate in Duty Management shifts, as required

Requirements:

  • An experienced Front Office/Reception Manager with excellent knowledge of Front Office procedures and systems
  • A proven track record in Front Office Management/Senior supervisory experience in a quality hotel
  • The ability to lead and effectively manage the Front Office team
