Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Production Manager to join our team at Broadwick Entertainment Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of event production for a variety of events across our warehouse venue collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Production Management: Manage all aspects of event production, including venue, vendors, equipment rental, logistics, and staff coordination.
  • Project Planning: Work closely with event planners to develop timelines, budgets, and production plans that meet the client's needs and expectations.
  • On-Site Production: Oversee the on-site production of events, ensuring that all activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
  • Risk Management: Create and implement thorough RAMS and event safety plans.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all contracts are fulfilled and that all parties involved in the event are working together seamlessly.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and work to find creative solutions that keep the event running smoothly.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the event production process.
  • Business Development: Work with the sales and marketing team to provide event-specific information to help develop content and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in event production.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good technical understanding across sound, lighting, video, and power.
  • Venue Experience: Experience working in large venues and a good understanding of rigging.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Software Skills: Experience working with event production software and tools, such as Vectorworks and CRM software.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft/Google packages.
Nice to Have:
  • First Aid: First aid certification.
  • IPAF/FORKS: IPAF/FORKS certification.
  • IOSH: IOSH certification.
  • PASMA: PASMA certification.
  • BS7909: Good knowledge of BS7909:2011 Code of practice for temporary electrical systems for entertainment and related purposes.
  • Standard Rigging Practices: Good knowledge of standard rigging practices.
  • CDM2015: Understanding of the legal obligations towards health and safety and the roles of all duty holders under CDM2015.
