Dietitian Specialist Diabetes and Weight Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dietitian to join our team as a Specialist Diabetes and Weight Management Dietitian. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to patients with diabetes and weight management needs.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Specialist Diabetes and Weight Management Dietitian, you will be working closely with our tier 3 weight management service senior clinician and providing cross-cover where needed. You will also be responsible for delivering and developing clinics and patient education groups, managing specialist outpatient clinics for adults referred, and developing professional, specialized programs of care for patients and their carers.
Key Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for a HCPC registered dietitian with experience in diabetes and weight management. This role would be suitable for an experienced Band 5 looking to progress or an existing Band 6 wanting to specialize. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Hours and EnvironmentThis role is part-time (30 hours per week) and offers a flexible working policy. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for training and development. We actively encourage CPD and you will have the opportunity to spend time with our range of specialists as part of your CPD.
