Job Summary

We are looking for a Pricing Director who has a wealth of experience in commercial lines pricing and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing and implementing innovative pricing strategies across multiple distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the pricing team to develop and implement new pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on pricing and risk management
  • Manage and develop a team of pricing analysts

Requirements

  • Insurance/Actuarial qualification or qualified by experience
  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or a related field
  • Significant experience in commercial insurance, motor, P&C, and specialty lines
  • Experience in pricing insurance products and developing new pricing strategies
  • Previous experience in leadership roles, such as managing teams of actuaries or analysts
