Housing Officer - Rent Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing Officer to join our Income Management Team in the Landlord Services Directorate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer care and supporting tenants who are experiencing financial difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary contact for tenants concerned about paying their rent
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to deliver an effective front-line service
  • Work closely with tenants to develop and implement rent management plans
  • Utilize digital skills to manage and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Excellent digital skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CX Housing Management System
  • Passion for customer care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle during working hours
