We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Accommodation and Housing Officer to join our team at South Yorkshire Housing Association. As a key member of our Income Management Team, you will play a vital role in supporting tenants who are struggling to pay their rent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer care to tenants who are experiencing financial difficulties
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to deliver an effective front-line service
- Manage and maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and rent payments
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support tenants in achieving sustainable rent payments
