They have a diverse portfolio of projects, with values exceeding £500m, and work closely with local authorities, National Highways, water companies, and the Environment Agency.

  1. **Setting Out and Surveying**: Utilize GPS and Robotic Total Stations to ensure accurate site measurements and layout.
  2. **Quality Control**: Collaborate with the site team to ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
  3. **Permit Management**: Assist in producing permits to break ground, utilizing CAT Scanning technology to manage site activities.
  4. **Health, Safety, and Environment**: Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management on site, adhering to client and company requirements.
  5. **Material Procurement**: Liaise with the site team to approve materials, ensuring they meet project specifications.
  6. **Site Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of progress reports, site diaries, and resource allocations.
  7. **As-Built Drawings**: Produce detailed drawings in AutoCAD to document site progress and completed work.

The successful candidate will join a long-term contract assignment with Fawkes and Reece, working on a specialist project that requires expertise and attention to detail.
