About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our client, a well-established independent insurance brokerage in Yorkshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for servicing existing clients and growing their business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow the client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the claims team to resolve any client issues and ensure a smooth claims process.
  • Contribute to the development of new business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the insurance industry.
  • Strong commercial insurance knowledge and understanding of the Yorkshire market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
