Cryer Baker Executive Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, providing tailored insurance solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow new business opportunities and increase revenue.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business leads.
- Collaborate with the claims team to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of the commercial insurance team, sharing best practices and expertise.
Requirements:
