Peloton's Content Department is a dynamic team that works tirelessly to deliver engaging content to our members. As an Instructor Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our instructor team, ensuring seamless execution of events, shoots, and activations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to instructors and instructor leadership, including tasks related to classes, social media, and off-air events.
  • Manage instructor PTO, track monthly reports, and coordinate logistics for instructor travel.
  • Oversee vendor and invoice management, asset management, and the Greenfly workflow.
  • Coordinate bookings and appearances in support of Peloton's ESG/Social Impact partners.
  • Develop day-to-day strategies for employee resource group (ERG) instructor leadership and appearances.
  • Support photoshoots, onboarding, and relocation efforts for new instructors.
  • Collaborate with high-profile on-air talent in a confidential environment.
Requirements:
  • Years of related experience, ideally with on-air talent in entertainment or fitness.
  • High-level proficiency in Google Suite, particularly in setting up and running spreadsheets and databases.
  • Ability to work in a discretionary, confidential environment.
  • German language fluency is an advantage, but not essential.
