We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our Property Services finance function at United Living Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality and timely management information to pillar management and the Group finance function.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial/project accounting and management reporting, with a genuine desire to work across disciplines. You will be confident in your ability to work as part of a team, but also comfortable operating in a sole capacity.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver reliable management accounting services to the business, ensuring high-quality support and timely delivery of management information.
- Work closely with the FD/FC to provide divisional management information, including month-end reporting packs.
- Support the Financial Controller in various tasks, including journal preparation, contract accounting, and budgeting.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including labour allocations, staff utilisation, and overhead reporting.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including pillar management and Group finance.
- Finalist or Newly Qualified (ACCA, CIMA) with a strong background in commercial/project accounting and management reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly numerate and computer literate, with advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
