We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our Property Services finance function. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing quality and timely management information to pillar management and the UL Group finance function.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial/project accounting and management reporting, with a genuine desire to work across disciplines. You will be confident in your ability to work as part of a team, but also comfortable operating in a sole capacity.

• Provide divisional management information in line with Group and pillar MD requirements.
• Support the Financial Controller in various tasks, including month close and journal preparation, processing monthly contract accounting, and allocation of costs to projects.
• Assist in the development of ERP/IT systems and documentation of support processes and procedures.
• Ensure full VAT and CIS compliance, escalating issues as required.

• Finalist or Newly Qualified (ACCA, CIMA) with a strong interest in commercial/project accounting and management reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Highly computer literate, including Advanced Excel.

• Experience operating variants of Microsoft Dynamics NAV platforms.
• Knowledge of JET reporting.
• Relevant industry or PE experience.
