This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the Agency's business objectives by driving small commercial telephone sales, capitalising on potential opportunities from an existing pipeline, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. It's crucial to ensure that every customer receives top-tier service, their insurance needs are fully met, and all actions align with Agency goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet small commercial telephone sales targets while helping to build a strong pipeline of new business through high-quality, targeted customer interactions. This includes making outbound calls to current and prospective clients.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring data is regularly reviewed and updated for accuracy.
  • Identify and reach out to potential new clients.
  • Support the business development team's campaigns by managing call volumes and converting leads into viable opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets in a telesales, sales, or appointment-setting role.
  • Proven ability to consistently provide outstanding customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
