We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical, psychological, and social well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a range of activities to engage and stimulate residents, including arts, crafts, and social events.
- Work closely with residents, families, and staff to understand individual needs and preferences.
- Plan and submit a monthly activity and wellbeing plan, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the home, contributing to the overall quality of care.
To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for working with older people and a commitment to providing high-quality care and activities. You will have experience working in a residential nursing setting, with a focus on dementia care.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. If you are a positive and enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
