Job Overview

Oriflame Cosmetics is seeking a highly skilled CRM Training and Support Specialist to join our Global CRM team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering training and support to our international markets as we roll out our SFMC platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop and deliver training programs for SFMC users.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in our working processes and practices, introducing new ways of working to advance our utilization of SFMC functionality.
  • Support the development of training materials that are easy to understand and implement.
  • Work closely with global and market teams on journey building projects, championing the use of advanced SFMC capabilities and supporting the incorporation of new ways of working.
  • Review email journeys and campaigns, analyzing performance against targets and implementing new techniques to enhance results.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Expertise in HTML, SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript, with experience working with SFMC.
  • Advanced SFMC user with expertise in driving innovation into working processes and practices.
  • Strong understanding of CRM KPIs and principles, journey development methodology.
  • Experience and expertise in training, developing training materials, and supporting newer users in the use, optimization, and utilization of SFMC.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a complex workload with multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic and team orientation.
  • Knowledge of direct selling a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexibly to accommodate varying time zones.
