Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Spectrum Community Health CIC. About the Role

This exciting opportunity will allow you to combine your primary care, acute, and emergency nursing skills in a unique and challenging setting. You will work closely with our team to deliver patient-centered care, manage complex cases, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including nurse-led clinics, administering medication and treatments, and responding to emergencies.
  • Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and achieve excellent health outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Person Specification

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to working in a dynamic and diverse environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Registered Nurse Level 1 - Adult /General/Mental Health
  • Knowledge of current healthcare issues
  • Knowledge of clinical governance audit, risk management, and quality agenda
  • Working within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
  • Competent in clinical practice, phlebotomy, ECG monitoring
  • Worked in a complex environment managing deteriorating patients
