Advanced Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Sedgefield North Primary Care Network. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support the management team in reviewing and implementing clinical policy and procedure.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in primary and community nursing, with experience in nurse-led management of minor illness, minor ailments, and injuries. You will be responsible for compiling protocols and clinical guidelines, as well as providing clinical leadership and audit support. Additionally, you will have the ability to work across boundaries, communicate effectively with patients and families, and possess strong negotiation and conflict management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Registered first-level nurse MSc or equivalent
  • Mentor teaching qualification
