About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join our team at be:technology, a fast-growing scale-up based in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to step into a growing business where you can have full autonomy over the growth and development of the team.

As the first one in the marketing department, you will work closely with our directors to ensure a clear strategy is set. With our strong market presence and existing clientele, you will focus on growing our online presence across multiple channels as well as generating leads for our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to take that next step in their career, coming in as a Manager you will slowly grow into the role with full autonomy and a chance to be part of this business's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing:

  • Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize our campaigns.
  • Maintain and grow our email lists while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Social Media Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Engage with our followers, respond to queries, and foster community interaction.
  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance audience engagement.

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for our blogs, websites, and social media.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce multimedia content.
  • Manage and update our content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our website, including content updates and site maintenance.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve our site ranking and visibility.
  • Monitor website performance, track analytics, and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, WordPress).
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media, content creation, and website management.
  • B2B lead generation experience.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in analyzing data and using insights to drive marketing strategies.
