About the Role:
Hays Business Support is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide administrative support to our regional offices, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to regional teams, including tasks such as monthly billing, filing, and generating paperwork for new customers.
- Be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Deal with clients and suppliers over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with events both internally and externally, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
Requirements:
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills, specifically MS Suite and able to pick up new IT packages quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A positive, confident, and proactive attitude.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and self-motivated.
