About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Team Leader at Barndale Short Break Service in Alnwick. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and effectiveness of care for each young person.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who can work under the direction of the Home Manager to lead a team of care staff and provide support to young people living in our children's home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the service
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting young people
