Janitor

We are currently recruiting for a part-time role that offers flexibility and a range of benefits. As a Casual Cleaner/GSA, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, including general cleaning, rubbish disposal, and cleaning washrooms and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of accommodation and office areas, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping
• Rubbish disposal and cleaning washrooms and kitchen areas
• Working effectively without supervision and maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
• Assisting with department stock takes and ensuring all equipment is sorted correctly and in good working order
• Reporting any equipment defects promptly and ensuring all deadlines for completion of work are met

Requirements:

• DBS required
• Knowledge of COSHH
• Excellent team player and good communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided
