Position Overview:
As the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be pivotal in driving business initiatives, enhancing market presence, and fostering relationships with clients and partners.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying Business Opportunities: Conduct thorough research to pinpoint potential clients and partners within the industry. Formulate strategies to engage and secure new business.
  • Proposal and Contract Oversight: Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contracts to ensure adherence to company policies and client expectations.
  • Collaboration Across Departments: Work in tandem with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure that business development efforts align with the overall objectives of the organization.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of business development activities, generate regular reports on sales performance, and provide insights for ongoing improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key industry stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a solid understanding of the industry, and a proven track record in business development. Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • An in-depth understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Knowledge of industry practices.
  • A degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.

This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Candidates must be prepared for national and potentially global travel as part of their responsibilities.
