About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Randstad Enterprise. As a key member of our Digital Systems and Solutions Team, you will play a critical role in driving the digitisation and data initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyse and understand business processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing effective solutions to optimise efficiency and productivity.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Gather and document user and business requirements, translating them into actionable insights and user stories to inform digital solution development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify, monitor, and resolve dependencies, facilitating workshops and meetings to drive value for the organisation.
  • Business Value and Quality: Contribute to the creation of amazing digital solutions, focusing on business value, user experience, and exceptional quality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role, with a strong background in digital/IT initiatives.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and business skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Proficient in various digital technologies, tools, and platforms, including web analytics, content management systems, and customer relationship management systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous process improvement.
