About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Nigel Wright Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, profit and loss statements, and annual budgets.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze and review cost management performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Financial Systems: Manage and maintain financial systems, including payroll and accounts payable.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other financial duties as required to support the business.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: AAT or part-qualified accounting professional with a strong background in financial control systems and budget setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office 365, particularly Advanced Excel and Word. Experience with large data sets and the ability to manipulate data.
  • Personality: Accurate, precise, inquisitive, reliable, and determined with a positive outlook. Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and make an impact, coupled with a dynamic communication style.
