Job Summary
We're seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Group Financial Reporting and Planning Team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for delivering timely and accurate management information to the Board to support strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Production of group consolidated financial information for Monthly Management Reporting, Group Annual and Interim Financial Statements, and Group Corporate Plan and Quarterly Forecasting.
- Monitoring group performance against benchmarks, ensuring adherence to accounting policies, and maintaining a robust internal financial controls framework.
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation of all financial policies, reports, and operational procedures.
- Driving process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness, to support best practices in financial reporting.
- Providing continuous development and challenge of the financial data provided by our subsidiaries.
- Providing technical financial support to the Group, and handling ad-hoc analysis.
Requirements
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships both within the team and the wider Group.
- The ability to problem solve and get to the root cause of issues.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
