Are you an accomplished Senior Surveyor or Associate Director with expertise in lease consultancy? Beach Baker, a prominent agency specializing in the retail, restaurant, and leisure sectors, is seeking a skilled professional to enhance their dynamic Lease Consultancy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and representation on rent assessments, lease renewals, and lease re-structuring for prime retail and leisure properties.
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis of lease agreements, market trends, and legal frameworks to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Draft detailed reports, valuations, and strategic insights to bolster lease consultancy services.
  • Engage collaboratively with clients, landlords, tenants, and various stakeholders to negotiate advantageous lease conditions and achieve optimal results.
  • Work alongside leading leasing and investment teams, offering comprehensive advice throughout the property lifecycle.
  • Support the asset management of prestigious properties in key urban locations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • MRICS qualification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in lease advisory or commercial property consultancy, demonstrating a successful track record in negotiating lease terms, rent assessments, and lease renewals.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex lease agreements and financial information.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, particularly Excel.
