**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager - Commercial Office & Life Sciences

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Henry Martin Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of commercial office and life sciences projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven track record delivering commercial schemes (£25M) from start to finish
  • Experience working in a tier 1 contracting environment
  • PCSA / 2nd stage tender experience
