We are seeking a talented Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at Waterscan, a sustainable water management advisor. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and support business objectives.

With a focus on strategic planning, creative execution, and meticulous management of campaigns across all digital channels, you will have the opportunity to bring new ideas and creativity to driving lead generation and enhancing brand visibility for Waterscan.

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will work closely with our dedicated team, including the BDM, Events Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, and outsourced content writer, to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and support business objectives.
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn and email.
  • Work with the Events Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns for both virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as ads, emails, and social media content, and manage the execution of LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI, and prepare and present detailed reports on campaign results and effectiveness.
  • Bring new ideas and innovation to the marketing, campaign, and digital function, and ensure delivery at pace.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of existing digital mediums, including the website and social media.
  • Manage the CRM for direct marketing and lead generation purposes.
Requirements
  • Proven professional with 5+ years' experience in a Marketing role.
  • Preferably 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Appropriate marketing degree or professional qualification.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Office 365, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Ads/Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, WordPress CMS, Google Analytics, and CRM/automation systems.
  • A creative individual who can use their own initiative and tenacity to get results and make an impact.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, conscientious, social, and dependable person with good attention to detail.
