Are you a talented and ambitious marketing professional specialising in building campaigns to drive new business?


We've got an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team as we enter a period of great transformation and growth. Waterscan is a sustainable water management advisor that has built an enviable customer portfolio during it's 30 years of business. We work with some of the biggest brands in the UK such as Sainsbury's, BT, Whitbread, Greene King, John Lewis and Coca-Cola, supporting them on their water journey to become more environmentally and socially responsible.


This role is ideally suited to someone with service/ consultancy-based marketing experience and someone who can demonstrate an ability to nurture a very targeted database of prospects through to engagement, primarily through strategic planning, creative execution, and meticulous management of campaigns across all digital channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and email marketing.


To be successful, you will need to bring new ideas and creativity to driving lead generation and enhancing brand visibility for Waterscan; capturing inhouse expertise and using acquired knowledge to build and implement compelling activity that is relevant to the target market.


Collaboration is key, you'll have the support of a dedicated team both immediately in the marketing/sales team and around the business. Close working relationships with our BDM, Events Manager, Digital Marketing Executive and outsourced content writer.


Responsibilities

  • Campaign strategy and planning - develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and support business objectives.
  • Lead generation and management - design and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels including LinkedIn and email.
  • Event campaign marketing - work with Events Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns for both virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences.
  • Campaign execution - oversee the creation of marketing materials such as ads, emails, and social media content. Manage the execution of LinkedIn campaigns, including sponsored content, InMail, and targeted ads.
  • Performance tracking and reporting - monitor and analyse campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign results and effectiveness to stakeholders.
  • Bring new ideas and innovation to the marketing, campaign, digital function and ensure delivery at pace.
  • Oversee development and optimisation of existing digital mediums including website and social media.
  • Manage CRM for direct marketing / lead generation purposes.


The person

  • Proven professional with 5+ years’ experience in a Marketing role.
  • Preferably 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Appropriate marketing degree or professional qualification.
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular Office 365, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Ads / Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), WordPress CMS, Google Analytics, and CRM / automation systems (Dynamics).
  • A creative individual who is able to use their own initiative and tenacity to get results and make an impact
  • A self-motivated, proactive, conscientious, social and dependable person with good attention to detail.


Location

The role is based at our head office in Chichester, West Sussex and we offer hybrid working.


Hours

Monday-Friday - 37.5 hours per week
