Deputy Room Manager Opportunity

At N Family Club, we're dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development in our children. As a Deputy Room Manager, you'll play a vital role in bringing our N curriculum to life, unlocking the potential of every child and enjoying the freedom to be creative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the Room Manager in delivering high-quality early years education
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective team effort
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000, with a performance-related bonus of up to £750 per year
  • A choice of a 4-day 36 hour week or the classic 5 day 40 hour week
  • Up to 32 days of holiday a year, including 3 days between Christmas/ New Year and a 'Me' day off of your choice
  • Complimentary daily lunch and drinks
  • Access to a personal development fund of £100 per year
  • Funding and paid time off for Level 3/EYTT/ EY Degrees/Forest School/Leadership and other training and professional development through our N Academy
  • A £100 clothing allowance - we don't wear uniforms
