Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Customs Clearance Specialist to join our team at Expeditors International. As a key member of our customs brokerage team, you will be responsible for processing customs clearance on air, sea, and road consignments for both imports and exports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customs Clearance Processing: Accurately and timely process customs clearance on air, sea, and road consignments for both imports and exports.
  • Clearance Status Updates: Update clearance status in a timely manner to customers, ensuring seamless communication and transparency.
  • Procedure Adherence: Adhere to established procedures and productivity standards to ensure smooth flow of customs clearance operations.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge by attending training classes and accumulating required training hours.
Requirements
  • Data Entry and Computer Skills: Possess good data entry and computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven history of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
