About the Role
The successful candidate will gain an insight into the industry by undertaking a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship whilst carrying out work across the department.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate commitment to learning new skills, who can use their initiative in challenging situations, identifying creative ways to solve problems and who can communicate with colleagues and customers alike.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of and ability to use computers and relevant software.
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, through face-to-face, written and telephone contact.
