About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our dynamic team at The Arts Club in London. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our members and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages to our members in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the Bars Manager and other Head Bartenders to maintain high standards of bar preparation and service
  • Support the development of junior bartenders and barbacks in bar operations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and condition of the bar areas
  • Follow all health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Impeccable personal grooming and appearance
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in English language
