The Service Technician - Equipment Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to John Deere and other turf machinery equipment for new and existing customers of P Tuckwell Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on John Deere and other garden and commercial equipment to meet manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on completed machines to ensure they meet performance standards, reporting any defects or issues to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and delivering a positive experience.
- Ensure the highest level of care is taken with customer and company property.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest diagnostic tools and equipment, utilizing them to efficiently complete tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with a variety of garden and commercial turf machinery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- A valid driving license is essential for this role.
