We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Senior Nurse (General), you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and leadership to our residents living with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Assess the needs of new residents and develop individualized care plans
- Implement safeguarding policies and administer medications in accordance with NMC regulations
- Support and mentor junior nurses to develop their clinical skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration and a mentoring or supervision qualification. You will also need to have experience of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of the latest clinical practices.
Requirements:- Current NMC registration

- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
