Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Future Build Recruitment. As a leading contractor in the private client residential sector, we are looking for a skilled professional to manage and oversee all financial aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the project, including administering Liquidated Damages (LADs) to cover costs for project delays.
  • Conduct Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) to compare actual costs with budgeted costs, identify discrepancies, and recommend adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to ensure a smooth transition and continued project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within High End Residential projects.
  • Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
