Upon completion of your training, your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting customers' residences to diagnose issues and perform repairs on various domestic appliances.
- Striving for a high first-time fix rate to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will involve servicing and repairing domestic appliances such as:

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience or training with brands like Beko, Electrolux, Bosch, Whirlpool, LG, Miele, Hoover Candy, Glen Dimplex, Hotpoint, or Indesit is advantageous.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems, whether first or second line, along with gas qualifications such as FGAS or City and Guilds Refrigeration, is desirable but not mandatory.
A valid UK driving license is essential for this position.
