Job Title: Field Service Engineer

BeBee Professionals, a leading provider of technical services, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Bognor Regis. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring full functionality and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Customer Support: Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation, ensuring they are comfortable and confident in using our products.
  • Documentation: Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records of all work performed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Skills: Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel: Ability to travel regularly to customer sites, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
